1. About the service

The app helps you check park wait times and operating status, receive alerts, view wait time forecasts, and record experiences. It is operated by 夢と魔法の国の待ち時間運営事務局. You do not need an account.

This is an unofficial app, with no affiliation with Tokyo Disney Resort or its operating company. It does not sell or issue park tickets or passes, or make facility reservations. If you are a minor, please use the service with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

2. Wait times, forecasts and alerts

Wait times and operating status change. Delays in obtaining or delivering information, network problems and other issues may cause differences from on-site or official information. Check the official app, website and on-site guidance when planning your visit or using a facility.

AI forecasts are estimates, not guarantees of future wait times. Alerts depend on your selected facilities, settings and detection rules. Not every change generates an alert, and your device or network may delay or prevent delivery.

Live Activities show a facility's wait time, not your personal remaining wait or scheduled entry time. Check your screen in a safe place and follow park rules and staff instructions.

3. Ads and device requirements

The app displays ads. You can select up to two alert facilities per park for free, across all categories combined. Adding a third or further facility requires watching an ad. Watching the ad removes the limit on additional selections for that day. You do not need to watch another ad to restart alerts for saved selections on a later day.

Some features require an internet connection, notification or location permission, and a supported device and OS. You are responsible for connection charges. Advertisers and linked services have their own terms.

4. Your Memories records

Memories lets you record facilities you have experienced and the dates and times of your visits. The illustrated tickets are personal records. They cannot be used for park admission or access to facilities.

Records are stored on your device. You can export a backup file and import it yourself. There is no automatic cloud sync or cloud backup. Export records you want to keep before deleting the app. Records may be lost through device failure, loss of a backup file or OS behavior. We cannot guarantee that records will be retained or restored.

5. Rights and prohibited use

Rights to the app's software, text, images and other content belong to the operator or their respective owners. We do not require you to transfer copyright in your personal records or grant us a blanket license to publish them.

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or place excessive load on its servers. Use content only as permitted by law or with the rights holder's permission.

6. Handling information

We handle information needed to deliver notifications, serve ads, understand usage and investigate problems. Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved, its purposes, external services and available settings.

7. Service changes and responsibility

Maintenance, outages, or changes to information sources or operating systems may require us to change, suspend or end features. Where possible, we will announce changes that materially affect use in the app or on the support website.

We do not guarantee complete or accurate information, uninterrupted availability, or operation on every device. We are responsible for damage attributable to us as required by applicable law. These terms do not limit your rights or our responsibility where consumer protection or other applicable law does not allow such limits.

If these terms change, we will publish the changes and their effective date in the app or on the support website and follow any procedures required by law.

8. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by Japanese law, without depriving you of protections under mandatory laws applicable where you live. Jurisdiction over disputes is determined by applicable law. If a translation differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version is the reference to the extent permitted by law.
