Find answers about Home, the map, alerts, wait times and your Memories records. If you still need help, use the contact details at the bottom of this page.
Is this an official app?
No. It is not affiliated with Tokyo Disney Resort or its operating company. It does not sell tickets or passes, or make facility reservations.
Why do wait times differ from the official app or the park?
Wait times and operating status change, and obtaining and delivering information takes time. Check the update time on screen. Use the official app, official website and on-site guidance for your actual visit.
What can I see on Home?
In version 2.1.0 and later, Home brings together park hours, wait time trends for major attractions and DPA availability. Crowd indicators are estimates based on major-attraction wait times, not visitor counts. Some information may be unavailable outside operating hours or when there is not enough data.
How do I use the map?
In version 2.1.0 and later, open Map to see facility locations and wait times. Search by facility or area and switch categories. Allow location access to show your current position. Without permission, you can still move around the map and find facilities.
Map positions are approximate. They do not guarantee entrance or queue locations, or accessible walking routes. Follow on-site signs and current access restrictions.
Are AI forecasts always accurate?
No. They are estimates based on wait time trends and other information. Crowds and operating changes can make them inaccurate. They do not guarantee a wait time or reserve a place.
How do I start alerts?
Select the park and facilities you want alerts for, then start notifications. Alert selections are separate from favorites. Attractions, restaurants and character greetings are supported. Also allow the app's notifications in OS settings.
Can I get alerts when DPA sales resume?
For supported facilities selected for alerts, the app notifies you when it detects that DPA sales have resumed. Availability changes, and data collection or delivery may be delayed. An alert does not guarantee availability or a purchase. Use the official app to buy DPA and confirm current availability.
How many facilities can I select?
You can select two per park for free, across all categories combined. Watch an ad when adding a third or further facility to remove the limit on additional selections for that day. You do not need to watch another ad to restart alerts for saved facilities on a later day.
Will alerts restart automatically tomorrow?
Alerts end at 23:59 Japan time. Start them again in the app when you want to use them on another day. Your saved facility selections carry over. You can stop alerts from the notifications screen when you no longer need them.
Why am I not receiving alerts?
Check that today's alerts are started and the park and facilities are correct. Then check notification permission, Focus settings and your connection.
Alerts cover changes that meet detection rules. Standard mode checks for a wait decrease of at least 20 minutes and 25%; the more frequent mode checks for at least 10 minutes and 20%. Recent trends, delivery intervals and daily limits also apply, so a change that appears to meet those figures may not produce an immediate alert. Reopenings and temporary suspensions are also checked before sending.
Why is there no wait time on my Lock Screen?
You need an iPhone that supports Live Activities. Start it from a facility's details and allow Live Activities on the device. Connection issues may delay updates. The display shows the facility's wait, not your own scheduled entry time.
Why does nearby sorting not work?
Allow location access in OS settings and try again with the app open. Distances may be unavailable if location cannot be obtained or is not accurate enough. Wait time lists still work without location permission.
Where are Memories saved?
Facilities, visit dates and experience times are stored on your device. Your adventure journal groups records by visit date; your collection groups experiences by facility. Illustrated tickets are personal records, not admission tickets or passes.
Can I restore records after changing devices or reinstalling?
Use the backup feature in Memories to export and keep a file, then import it on your new device. There is no automatic cloud sync. Export records you want to keep before deleting the app. We cannot guarantee recovery if the file is lost or cannot be read. OS backup and restore depend on the OS provider’s settings and specifications.
How can I change my ad preferences?
Open ad settings from the app's Support screen. Google's privacy options are also shown where required. On iOS, change tracking permission in OS settings. Choosing non-personalized ads does not remove ads.
How do I report a problem?
Include the app version, device model, OS version, time of the problem and steps you took. A screenshot can help. Hide personal information such as names or notification contents. Do not send passwords or notification tokens.
